After graduating from Stafford Senior High School, Amy discovered her passion for health and healing, along with her desire to help those around her who were suffering and in need. She began her education as a Massage Therapist in 2011 at Career Training Solutions. After graduating from the Medical Massage Program, she became a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist & Bodyworker. She also holds a license by the Virginia Board of Nursing. In addition to working in the field, she is a massage instructor for Eastern Virginia Career College. Amy has continued her education in modalities of stretching, aromatherapy, infant massage and natural medicine.
Amy's focus is working with those suffering from chronic pain, fatigue, and stress. She enjoys tailoring massage treatments to each client’s specific therapeutic needs, combining the luxuries of bodywork with a medical point of view. She also holds a spirited passion for helping women ease the discomforts of pregnancy during & after birth.
In her free time, Amy enjoys spending time at church, outside soaking up the sun while gardening, fishing, and going to the beach. She also enjoys scrapbooking, reading, and spending as much time as she can with her daughter, family & two dogs.
